The short version
- We collect what we need to run ArtLine3D: your account details, your photos and results, and your credit and purchase history.
- Your photos are processed by OpenAI to create the drawings and paintings.
- Payments are handled by Dodo Payments; we never see your card details.
- We keep your photos until you delete the project or your account.
- No advertising trackers, and we never sell your data.
1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect
- Account details: your email address, name and profile picture (from your sign-in provider, for example Google).
- Your content: the photos you upload, the AI drawings and paintings, the settings you choose and the files we make for you.
- Credits and purchases: your credit history and your orders (pack, amount, status). Payment details are collected by Dodo Payments, not by us.
- Technical data: a sign-in cookie, your IP address and browser type in our server logs, and error reports.
- Preferences: language, light or dark mode and similar settings.
3. How we use it
- to provide the Service: create drawings, paintings, previews and files, and keep your projects;
- to run your account, credits and purchases, and to send service messages such as receipts or important changes;
- to keep the Service secure and to prevent abuse and fraud;
- to meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting.
Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are performing our contract with you, our legitimate interest in running a secure service, and our legal obligations.
4. AI processing
To create a drawing or painting, we send your photo (and the instructions for the style you chose) to OpenAI through its API, and OpenAI returns the result. Under OpenAI’s API terms, data sent through the API is not used to train its models by default, and it may be kept for a limited time to monitor abuse. We only send what the action you asked for needs.
5. Payments
Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, the Merchant of Record for credit packs. Dodo Payments receives the details the payment needs (such as your email, name, billing country and payment method) and handles them under its own privacy policy. We receive the order status and amount, never your card details.
6. Who we share data with
Only with service providers that help us run ArtLine3D, under agreements that protect your data: hosting and database, OpenAI (AI processing), Dodo Payments (payments), Google (sign-in) and email delivery. We also share data when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use advertising trackers.
7. How long we keep it
- Photos, results and project files: until you delete the project or your account. Deleted files are removed from our servers, and backups are overwritten within 30 days.
- Account details: while your account is open.
- Credit and purchase records: as long as tax and accounting law requires.
- Server logs: kept for up to 30 days.
8. Cookies and local storage
We use one essential cookie that keeps you signed in. Your browser also stores your language and light or dark mode choice locally. We do not use advertising cookies. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers.
Analytics (only if you agree): on your first visit we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. Only if you click “Accept” do we load Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits and see which pages are used (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type; Google may process this data outside your country). We use it only to improve the site, not for advertising. If you decline, nothing is loaded. You can change your choice any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
9. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to some processing, and you can withdraw consent where we rely on it. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
10. Security
We use HTTPS, store only a hash of your sign-in token, and limit access to your data to what running the Service needs.
11. Children
ArtLine3D is not directed at children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
12. International transfers
Some of our providers (such as OpenAI) process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
13. Changes
