The short version
- ArtLine3D turns your photos into files for 3D-printed wall art. You print them yourself.
- You pay with credits. Credits are prepaid, never expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
- Only upload photos you have the right to use, and nothing illegal, hateful or sexual.
- Purchases are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record.
- Unused packs can be refunded within 14 days; failed AI actions are refunded automatically.
1. Who we are
ArtLine3D (“we”, “us”) is operated by Itay Sharoni. You can reach us at [email protected]. These terms are an agreement between you and Itay Sharoni about your use of the ArtLine3D website and tools (the “Service”).
2. The Service
ArtLine3D offers two tools: 3D Doodle, which turns a photo into a line drawing and a 3D-printable wall piece, and 3D Paint, which turns a photo into a layered colour relief printed with filament. Some steps use artificial intelligence (“AI”) to draw or paint your photo. You download files (such as STL and 3MF files) and print them yourself; we do not print or ship physical products.
3. Your account
You need an account to use the tools. Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else used your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), or use the Service with the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian. One person per account.
4. Credits
- Paid features use credits. The current price of each action is shown on the pricing page and next to every paid button.
- Credits are a prepaid licence to use the tools. They are not money, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash (except as our refund policy says) and cannot be transferred, sold or shared between accounts.
- Credits do not expire while your account is open and the Service operates.
- New accounts receive free welcome credits, and we may sometimes gift credits. Free credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
- If an AI action fails, the credits it used are returned to your account automatically.
- We may change prices for future actions and packs; credits you already hold keep working.
5. Payments
Purchases of credit packs are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record for these purchases. Dodo Payments is the seller of record for the payment, handles payment processing, taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) and receipts, and its own terms apply to the payment. Prices are shown in US dollars. The checkout may offer to charge you in your local currency instead, at a converted price that includes a currency-conversion fee. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. We never receive your full card details.
6. Refunds
See our refund policy. In short: unused packs within 14 days on request, failed AI actions automatically, and used credits are not refundable.
7. Your photos and content
- You keep all rights to the photos you upload and the results you create.
- You give us a limited licence to store, process and display your photos and results only to provide the Service to you: for example, sending a photo to our AI provider to create a drawing, making previews and files, and showing them in your projects.
- To create drawings and paintings, your photos are processed by OpenAI, our AI provider. See the privacy policy.
- We do not sell your photos or use them for advertising, and we do not publish them or use them as examples without your permission.
8. Acceptable use
Only upload photos you own or have the right to use, including permission from the people who appear in them where the law requires it. You must not use the Service to create or upload:
- anything illegal, or anything that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights;
- hateful, harassing, violent or discriminatory content;
- sexual or sexually suggestive content, and anything that sexualises minors in any way;
- content that impersonates a person, or misleads others about who made it or who is shown.
You also must not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, get around credits or limits, use automated scripts, or resell access to it.
9. AI results
AI drawings and paintings are generated automatically. Results vary, may not look exactly like the photo and may contain mistakes. You are responsible for checking a result before you print or share it. Some styles are inspired by well-known characters, shows or brands; results in those styles are for your personal, non-commercial use only.
10. Selling prints
You may sell physical prints you make from your results if you own the photo (or have permission from its photographer and the people in it) and the style does not imitate someone else’s characters, brands or protected works. You are responsible for any rights and licences this needs.
11. 3D printing safety
3D printers and filaments involve heat, moving parts and fumes. Follow the safety instructions of your printer and filament. We provide design files as they are and are not responsible for printer damage, failed prints or used filament.
12. Suspension and closing accounts
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or abuse the Service, for example by uploading forbidden content or trying to get credits unfairly. Where it is reasonable, we tell you why. If we close your account without a breach on your part, we refund the unused credits you paid for. You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time.
13. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that the law does not allow us to limit.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply.
15. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the courts there have jurisdiction, unless the law of the country where you live says otherwise. Questions? Write to [email protected].
